Our Grains

Naturally Italian, Authentically Organic

Grains Grown With Purpose

Each kernel tells a story — of care, of craft, and commitment. From stone-milled farro and nutty emmer to golden durum wheat, these grains bring a rustic elegance and deep, earthy flavor to every dish. They’re beloved by artisan bakers, chefs, and home cooks who value flavor and integrity over convenience.

Organic Farro

Emmer is the most widespread variety, primarily grown in central regions. Its flattened spike usually has two grains, making it more productive.

Steel-Cut Farro

Organic Steel Cut Farro is rich in plant-based protein and dietary fiber, ideal for Vegan, Vegetarian, and Mediterranean diets.

Farro Couscous

Farro couscous is made through a special process: farro flour is mixed with water and rolled into spheres through friction.

Einkorn

It is the first wheat ever cultivated and used by humans, an effective antioxidant and plays an essential role in cellular metabolism.

Spelt

Spelt farro, among all farro species, closely resembles soft wheat. It is less cultivated in Italy compared to emmer farro.

White Quinoa

Quinoa is a nearly complete food: it has a very large content of high-quality proteins and is rich in lysine, an amino acid lacking in cereals.

Pearled Barley

Barley can be consumed as a substitute for pasta and rice in hot and cold dishes, as a side dish, or for preparing tasty salads.

Naked Oats

Naked oats are a cereal belonging to the Poaceae family. Unlike other cereals, naked oats retain their bran and germ after processing.

Khorasan

Khorasan wheat is a non-genetically modified grain known for its less tenacious gluten, making its products highly digestible and light.

Organic Chickpeas

Organic chickpeas are highly nutritious legumes praised for their rich, nutty flavor.

Organic Lentils

Compared to common ones, lentils are more digestible and quicker to cook as they are already hulled.

From The Heart Of Italy To Your Table

Our Italian organic grains are not just ingredients — they’re living pieces of history. Grown in small plots in the sun-drenched regions of southern and central Italy, these heirloom grains are cultivated using traditional methods that honor the soil, preserve biodiversity, and support a healthier planet.
